Requesting a Refund

How to request a refund and what to expect.

If you'd like to request a refund for your Gaitor subscription, we're here to help.

To request a refund:

  1. Open the chat widget in the bottom-right corner of the screen, or email [email protected].

  2. Let our support team know you'd like to request a refund

  3. Include your account email and the reason for your request

Our team will review your request and follow up as quickly as possible. Refund eligibility depends on the specifics of your account and billing history, and we'll work with you to find the best resolution.

General guidelines:

  • Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis

  • If eligible, refunds are processed back to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days
