Changing your email address

  1. Go to Settings > Account

  2. Click "Change Email"

  3. Enter your new email address

  4. Verify the new email by clicking the confirmation link we send

Your old email will no longer work for login after the change is confirmed.

Managing active sessions

You can view and manage all devices currently logged into your account:

  1. Go to Settings > Security

  2. View your active sessions (device, browser, location, last active time)

  3. Click "Revoke" next to any session to log that device out

  4. Click "Revoke All" to log out of every device except your current one

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, revoke all sessions immediately and change your password.

Exporting your data

You can export a copy of all your Gaitor data at any time:

  1. Go to Settings > Account > Export Data

  2. Click "Request Export"

  3. We'll prepare your export and email you a download link (usually within 24 hours)

Your export includes conversation history, projects, uploaded files, account settings, and usage data.

Deleting your account

  1. Go to Settings > Account

  2. Scroll to "Delete Account"

  3. Confirm by typing DELETE

When you delete your account, all your data, projects, and conversation history are permanently removed. Any active subscriptions are canceled and you'll receive a pro-rated refund. This action cannot be undone. If you want to keep your data, use the export feature first.
