We offer several ways to get help:

AI Support Assistant (all users)

Click the chat icon in the bottom-right corner of the screen. Our AI assistant can answer most questions instantly — from billing inquiries to feature explanations to troubleshooting steps. It's available 24/7.

Human Support (paid plans)

If our AI assistant can't resolve your issue, just say "I'd like to talk to a person" in the chat and we'll connect you with a human agent. Available for Pro and Team subscribers.

Priority Support (Team plans)

Team plan subscribers get priority routing for faster human response times.

Self-service resources

Troubleshooting tips before contacting support

If something isn't working as expected, try these steps first:

  1. Refresh the page (Ctrl+R / Cmd+R)

  2. Clear your browser cache and cookies

  3. Try a different browser (Chrome recommended)

  4. Check status.gaitor.ai for any current incidents

  5. Disable browser extensions that might interfere

If the issue persists, reach out via the chat widget and include what you were doing, what happened, and any error messages you saw. Screenshots are always helpful.
